Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Personalized or clearance items may be excluded; any exclusion is stated on the product page.

How to start

Email service@varynoxa.com with your order number and the item(s). We provide return instructions and the return address.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Return shipping costs

For preference-based returns, you are responsible for return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement, refund, or exchange at no cost to you.
