The VARYNOXA two-year warranty
Every piece leaves our studio with a two-year international warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails that should not have failed, we will repair or replace it — free of charge.
What is covered
- Faulty clasps, solder joints or settings.
- Gold vermeil that lifts, blisters or flakes under normal wear.
- Stones that loosen or fall from a sound mount.
- Any manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, patina and surface scratching.
- Damage from accidents, impact or misuse.
- Loss or theft.
- Work carried out by a third-party jeweller.
How to make a claim
Write to service@varynoxa.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. We respond within two working days. Keep your order confirmation — it is your proof of purchase, though we can usually trace an order by email address.
